Cancellation Policy

In the event that the client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, 48 hours notice to Prime Cleaning Services is required. Notice may be given by text message or phone call. If the client fail to give 48 hours notice, the client must pay 25% for the cancelation. If it happens again, we will charge 50% from the second time on.

We understand you may not always be able to provide 48 hours notice. We will first try to find a way to reschedule with you if you notice us at least 24 hours from your appointment.

In the event that Prime Cleaning Services needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, 24 hours notice will be given to the client. If Prime Cleaning Services fails to give 24 hours notice, the client will be offered 50% off in your next cleaning.
